On the morning of December 24, 2021, Anhui Ningguo Dongbo Fastener Co., Ltd. of Ningguo City, Anhui Province (hereinafter referred to as Dongbo Company) and Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Iron and Steel) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a "High-quality Fastener Joint R&D Center" in the conference room on the second floor of Dongbo Company's comprehensive office building.
