To thoroughly implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases" and "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health Monitoring of Employers" (Order No. 49 of the State Administration of Work Safety), strengthen occupational health monitoring, and further protect the health rights and interests of employees. From November 2 to 3, 2024, Dongbo Company commissioned Ningguo Jianmin Hospital to carry out a two-day occupational health examination in the factory staff restaurant.
To ensure the smooth progress of this physical examination, the company's administrative department actively coordinated with Ningguo Jianmin Hospital formulated a detailed physical examination schedule, and issued physical examination notices in advance to ensure that all employees exposed to occupational hazards should be examined.
The physical examination mainly included more than ten examination items, including blood routine, urine routine, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, audiometry, facial examination, abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, etc. During the physical examination, the employees lined up in an orderly manner, and under the guidance of the on-site medical staff, they underwent examinations item by item.
Our company has always attached great importance to the occupational health of employees, actively carried out occupational disease prevention and control work, continuously improved the working environment and living environment, provided protection for the health of employees, and regularly and irregularly organized inspections on the implementation of occupational disease prevention and control measures. At the same time, we have established and improved the occupational health management system, improved the management mechanism of labor protection supplies, strengthened occupational health publicity and education and training, and fundamentally changed the employees' understanding of occupational disease hazards. This health checkup of all employees who are exposed to occupational disease hazards is a real and hard move to actively implement the company's people-oriented and sincere care for employees, which has been unanimously praised by employees.
Through this health checkup for all employees, employees can achieve "early detection, early diagnosis, early prevention, and early treatment", building a safety barrier for the health of all employees. Employees have expressed that the annual occupational health checkup is very necessary, and they will be more conscious of doing a good job of individual protection and strengthening physical exercise at work in the future, to devote themselves to the new round of development of the company with a healthy body and full spirit.
