Internal Retaining Ring-DIN472

The Internal Retaining Ring is to prevent the axial movement of the parts assembled in the hole. It is usually installed in a pre-processed circular hole inner groove and installed with special circlip pliers. The outer diameter of this type of retaining ring is slightly larger than the diameter of the assembled circular hole.

Material: conventional carbon steel and stainless steel (65Mn, C67S, 2Cr13, 304, 1.4122, etc.)

Surface treatment: various conventional standard treatment methods, such as phosphating, Dacromet, Geomet, galvanizing, zinc-nickel plating, electrophoresis, etc.

Internal Reverse Retaining Ring-M1308 JV

The reverse retaining ring for the hole is a kind of elastic element used for connecting and fixing parts. Its function is to form a certain preload force on the connecting parts to ensure the reliability and sealing of the connection. When installed, its elastic deformation is in the opposite direction to that of the ordinary elastic retaining ring for the hole.

Material: conventional carbon steel and stainless steel (65Mn, C67S, 2Cr13, 304, 1.4122, etc.).

Internal Retaining Rings with Internal Tooth-DIN984

The main function of the internal tooth retaining ring for holes is to stop the axial movement of the parts assembled in the hole. The internal tooth part can withstand a certain degree of impact to achieve the blocking effect.

Material: conventional carbon steel and stainless steel (65Mn, C67S, 2Cr13, 304, 1.4122, etc.)

Surface treatment: all kinds of conventional standard treatment, such as phosphating, Dacromet, Jumet, zinc plating, zinc nickel plating, electrophoresis, and so on.

A hole retaining ring is mounted in the round hole, used to fix the axial movement of parts, this kind of retaining ring's outer diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the assembly round hole. The outer diameter of the product has a 15-degree beveled angle all week, to better fix and prevent the movement of the parts, the groove where the retaining ring is installed also needs to have the same 15-degree beveled angle as the retaining ring.

Shaft elastic retaining ring is a kind of mechanical transmission used to prevent axial wandering, limit axial displacement, and transfer torque parts. It usually consists of a ring spring and two spacers, there is a radial hole inside, that can be set on the shaft. The main function is to keep the axial position unchanged, and prevent axial displacement and vibration, to improve the stability and operating efficiency of machinery.

Retaining Rings with Lugs for Shafts-DIN983
