Industry-University-Research Cooperation

Our company has established long-term industry-university-research cooperation relationships with scientific research institutions such as Hefei University of Technology and Shanghai Tongji University. It is the experimental teaching base of Hefei University of Technology. At present, our company has 33 national invention patents and 37 utility model patents, filling the domestic gaps in the detection capabilities of many elastic retaining rings.

Standard Setter & Role mode

National Standard Setting And Revision

Dongbo Company has served as a unit member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fasteners for many years and hosted the 4th Annual Meeting of the 5th National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fasteners in 2015. It has successively led or participated in the formulation and revision of 13 national standards including technical conditions for elastic retaining rings, elastic cylindrical pins, and disc washers.

In-house Production & Strict Standards

Our retaining ring products are manufactured strictly with international and domestic industry standards to ensure product quality and performance reliability. Specifically, we refer to the German industrial standard DIN 471 and the Chinese national standard GB 894-2017 for production. We have high consistency and reliability in the materials, dimensions, tolerances, mechanical properties, and surface treatment requirements of the retaining rings.
