The success of a project depends on the precision and quality of each component. Therefore, we choose to produce all products in-house to ensure that they fully meet your specific requirements and follow high manufacturing standards. We use the internationally advanced retaining ring raw material grade C67S, and cold-roll or wire-draw to complete the raw material finishing. From mold design and manufacturing to product molding, heat treatment (CQI-9), and surface treatment (CQI-12), all are completed in the factory. This internal production strategy ensures product quality and avoids the time and cost waste that may be caused by external procurement.

  • Dongbo Cold Strip Steel Plant

    In 2009, the company invested 50 million yuan to build the AGC cold-rolling production line, with an annual output of 18,000 tons of precision cold-rolled strip steel. We can control the material thickness within 0-0.03mm and cut it into various specifications and widths, reducing the dependence on market raw materials and achieving high quality and short delivery time.

    Sanyong mesh belt furnace quenching line can meet customers' requirements for high performance and high stability of products. All process parameters can be monitored online and permanently saved, fully ensuring the traceability of the heat treatment process.

    Dongbo Company has a domestically advanced product R&D center and testing capabilities, such as conventional material elements, mechanical properties, hardness, metallography, etc. Our company also has a multifunctional three-coordinate, electron microscope analyzer, and self-developed testing equipment.

    Order management, procurement, production planning, reporting, delivery, and financial management are achieved through ERP. The production process is strictly monitored by quality, key dimensions, and key inspection items, and is monitored and analyzed through process control (SPC). In addition, the retaining rings we produce have a system scanning and tracing function, and the production batches are traceable from raw material procurement to shipment, including inspection records.

  • Steel Wire Workshop

    Our steel wire workshop has 11 cold-rolled wire production lines, precision drawing, and annealing equipment. The retaining rings made by steel wire technology can realize the production of retaining rings of all specifications in the range of Ф50-Ф1000, with ultra-high performance and ultra-high cost-effectiveness.

  • Wire Craft

    The raw material round steel wire is subjected to a four-stage wire drawing process, and multiple drawing annealing processes are performed to ensure that the steel wire is fully and evenly extended. The coiling process of the coiling equipment can roll the wire into a ring-shaped blank of the required diameter, and then transfer it to the post-punching process, which can achieve a small punching surface, a high degree of fit between the functional surface and the assembly groove, and improved performance. The hard material forming equipment purchased by our company is about to be put into mass production. The equipment can directly process hard material profiles into stop rings without post-cutting, heat treatment, etc., reducing the deformation of the process and ensuring the stability and consistency of the size.

  • Strip Steel Workshop

    AGC cold rolling production line, 8 sets of annealing furnaces, and 2 steel strip cold rolling production lines, with an annual output of 18,000 tons of precision cold rolled strip steel. We control the material thickness within 0-0.03mm and divide it into various specifications and widths, reducing the dependence on market raw materials and achieving high quality and short delivery time.

  • Raw Material Testing

    We conduct mechanical property tests, chemical composition analyses, and environmental adaptability assessments on incoming materials to ensure that the materials meet the standards and requirements of specific applications.

High Automation And Mold Development

  • High Degree Of Automation

    In the stamping workshop, the strip steel or wire material is processed into the shape of the gasket through the stamping die the automatic punch press, the pneumatic punch press, and other equipment. The company is equipped with 60 automatic punching machines and 70 pneumatic punching machines and has highly automated production capabilities.

  • Wire Cutting Workshop

    We independently develop and manufacture stamping dies to meet the production needs of gaskets of various specifications and shapes.

Surface treatment

To protect the retaining rings we manufacture from corrosion during storage and transportation, they are usually phosphate and oiled.

According to the requirements, its surface can also be specially treated, such as mechanical galvanizing, color zinc, Dacromet, Geomet, electrophoresis, Magni, zinc nickel plating, passivation, etc.

The workshop has three phosphating production lines and sewage treatment facilities that meet environmental protection requirements. The phosphating is produced by ourselves, which solves the worries of customers about production suspension due to environmental protection failure. The formed gaskets are phosphate to improve their corrosion resistance and adhesion, ensuring the stability and durability of the gaskets in various environments.

Performance Enhancement

The heat treatment workshop is equipped with 3 isothermal heat treatment production lines and 1 oil quenching production line. The washers are heat-treated through quenching and tempering processes to change their internal structure and improve the hardness and strength of the washers. The heat treatment process ensures that the washers can meet the mechanical performance requirements in use.

Packaging and processing

Internal And External Packaging Workshop

  • The inner packaging workshop is responsible for the final inspection, cleaning, and packaging of gaskets that have gone through various process flows. The workshop is equipped with advanced equipment such as ultrasonic cleaning, dust-free packaging, and optical screening, which can realize product error prevention and meet the quality requirements of automotive parts such as PPM.
